Worst experience ever! I got two shades of Dolce & Gabbana. For one of the shades, the logo got rusted and colour was coming off. So I asked them to repair it as it was brand new and not much time had passed since I bought from them(R CITY MALL GHATKOPAR OUTLET). They took ALMOST 4 months to repair it and NOW THE SALESMEN OF THE SHOP ARE MISBEHAVING AND ARE SHOWING UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR! I AM SO FREAKING DISAPPOINTED AND I DO NOT KNOW AT THE MOMENT WHOM TO REACH OUT TO FOR MY GRIEVANCES!!!!!

Decent store nice employees unfortunately I bought a defected piece from the company and my Qureshi from the shop kept sending me to the Rcity store without even finding out any alternative for my problem, saying their shop is going under maintenance.

This is after raising a ticket on a call and being advised to visit the store.

The number of the store given is also wrong

I had been there on 15 Jan 2022. I had asked for ray ban clubmaster. After finalising the shades I asked them for a sealed box of brand new shades. Lady in there went to some cabinet and opened a drawer which has numerous boxes of googles and not even a single box was looking new. Upon opening the box and pulling out the google it had a big scratch on the side with numerous finger prints. And that shade costed 11000 INR. If anyone wants to pay 11,000 INR for used googles then only visit this place. Flaws will be visible to only to a person who has an eye for a detail.
