Stopped by the store today. The saleman was least interested in helping. Their collection is pretty small and old.

Everytime I call them they disconnect pathetic customer service
I Had purchased a Sunglass but they did not have a fresh piece but I had billed it and they said they will deliver it to me. Now before the one that I had purchased was delivered, I picked another one that was available.
Now I want to swap that with something and they are refusing Bec they processed the bill as a CN. This is wrong and they should have cleared this. The exchange policy also does not state that goods purchased on CN cannot be exchanged. And I had purchased 3 items in one bill, and the whole transaction was reprocessed as a complete CN, so does this mean any items are not eligible for exchange?

As I read reviews i was aware that they would try to sell me the display pieces instead of giving fresh ones( even after asking to give the same, to which they said YES. And once the piece was packed I asked the store guy that did he pack the fresh piece itself to which he told yes but i was doubtful because in the mean while i was surfing the store and did not pay attention. Later at the time of billing I confirmed and the manager said that it was the last piece so it is the display piece itself. So i said i did not reply want to buy then. So he later sent his person somewhere outside the store to collect a fresh piece
Ray-Bans have officially collaborated with legendary Auto-Manufacturer Ferrari to make these frames, they call it Ferrari Scuderia Collection. Ray-Ban and Ferrari logo is hosted on temple tip and frames. Temples and bridges are made up of light metal where as frame is classic G-15. Sunglasses are sturdy and vision is improve greatly, truly luxottica makes best sunglasses in world. Thanks 😎
The worst service ever. I had bought a pair of valentino's. And while buying they say ypu can buy any other pair with 40% off.
We bought one with discount and were told the sale item cannot be exchanged. According to any nomal human translation it means that the one we bought on sale could not be changed. Fair enough!
A week later i go to the store and they refused to exchange an item that i had paid full price for....I understand the no return policy on sale items which most stores and brands in the world have, but never have i faced this issue on paying a full price on something.
