We tried their salmon and crispy fish rice bowls and they tasted really great. Their drinks were also different but really yummy.
Always love coming to FIELDTRIP or ordering for delivery! Food always on point and delicious. Highly recommend! Plus if you eat in the music play list is GREAT!
Mixed feelings about this place from my visit in June 2023. The food was pretty good - tasted healthy and I liked the branding.
But the service was weird. The staff seemed unapproachable, they were very stern on not allowing any other food in the area even if you bought their food, and there were some awkward exchanges amongst the workers themselves.
It took away from the food to be honest.

The ox tail was very good but the fried chicken was all dried up and mostly breading. The basmati rice was good but the brown rice was blend. The kale and brussel sprouts were pretty well done considering those are hard veggies to prepare well.
The food was delicious and the service was great. Keima was very patient (my wife was undecided) and friendly and suggested the braised beef which she thoroughly enjoyed. I indulged in the Fried Chicken bowel that I enjoyed.
We just happened upon Field Trip while we were trying to find our way out of Rockefeller Center and since we were hungry decided to get something to eat. We had the salmon bowl with black rice. Every ingredient in the bowl was well proportioned and delicious. It was great to find a reasonably priced healthy meal. The staff were all very kind and welcoming. Please come to DC and open a restaurant! Otherwise we will for sure return when we visit NYC again.
Our family stumbled upon restaurant after getting into NY, and they were very accommodating with our family. We ordered the crispy fish, braised beef, and fried chicken. Everything was delicious and filling. Keima is super sweet and has excellent customer service. We will be sure to stop by again next time we visit the area!
