I was robbed at a gym in Barcelona and nobody has replied to my emails after more than 3 months. 114 days to be exact. And no response. I was robbed and the staff knew that a non-member was skipping their security control (or total lack of control) and stealing things in the locker rooms. They knew about and they did nothing. I understand I'm responsible for my belongings but it's your obligation to offer us a safe place and not let non-member thieves break in and they steal freely. You're the worst company in the world.

Very bad communication experience regarding subscription termination. No phone number, no email, unless form on their website. Moreover after I terminated my subscription they kept taking 5.6 EUR from my bank account and good luck canceling it.

I send 3 emails to cancel my membership and still I am getting charged ....I didn't go to your gym for a year .... just unacceptable.

Great place to work in. Very nice atmosphere all wrapped up with a cool interior and young mindset among employees

Last year I cancelled my McFit contract because I moved from Frankfurt to Potsdam and there is no McFit in Potsdam. They confirmed cancellation of my contract and stopped charging me. Now out of the blue, they started charging me again. Doesn't make any sense. And the customer service is just deplorable to say the least. I can't even reply to their emails because it comes from a no-reply address.
