Do not use!. The guy I spoke to was absolutely rude. I called to ask about finding me the cheapest round trip about a country. He wanted to know my name. I said why is that important - if I think you can find me a good deal I will come down and buy the tickets. He said then go somewhere else and hung up on me. If that is how they treat their potential customers...then image how much one can trust them. FYI...the accent was one associated with scams. Do not give out personal info over the phone (they get your phone number then have a name = trouble). Good sign they are not on the upandup.

Although they are extremely busy and rightfully so but if you need the best deals and best suggestions they are the people to go to. They saved me almost 2k on my flights just by changing a few things and a few dates.
Go there with destination in mind and ask them the best options and you will see the price difference between what you wanted and what they will to do for you to get the best deal.
