Bought an engagement ring in early December and had Selena guide me through the whole process, taking plenty of time to explain everything and make me feel as comfortable as possible with my new purchase!

The ring was slightly too small and needed a resize, which a lovely lady named Vanessa helped us with, she managed to get the ring delivered for us in time before my Fiancée had to leave for a holiday.

We later found out that the newly sized ring had a manufacturing error, so we took it back to be rectified.

Jackie and Anmol were excellent in helping us with the last replacement, my Fiance was leaving to visit her family in 2 days and together they managed to order the new perfect ring from another store, excellent thinking and fantastic customer service from both of them.

Overall we had some bumps but the staff were absolutely fantastic in helping us and allowing us to leave very satisfied!

I would like to say a massive thank you to Charlotte and the other lovely lady (who I didn’t catch the name of) at beaverbrooks today! Amazing both of them, made us feel really welcome! They welcomed us and gave us hot drinks for this cold weather! Helped us find what we were looking for! We had a slight issue along the way but everything was sorted really well! I am so happy with my experience and i would recommend beaverbrooks so highly! Thank you so much for everything! I will definitely be coming back!

Thank you so much to the lovely lady on the 23rd October 2023 that kindly helped me choose my men’s necklace that I reserved online to try on. Also offered tea/coffee. My son Just came in looking for ideas for 21st gifts for us his parents to buy him . He’s called me upset at the fact that 2 members of staff serving him were laughing at how many links he would need taking out of a watch. Yes he is very self conscious that he is very small for his age , having the guts to go in on his own is good but then leaving feeling worse about his stature than he did when he went in

Very pleasant and welcoming staff. Shanley made a great cup of coffee for me while my friend picked out his ring and Alexandra was really helpful in explaining the differences between each ring to him.
