I’ve been coming here to renew my leases for more than 10 years and this is the first time I’ve ever encountered someone as disgusting and rude as Elizabeth/Isabelle¿ asked for her name but she seemed reluctant to answer me or any of the questions I had. The past members that have helped me have been absolute angels. Not sure whether Elizabeth/Isabelle is front desk team member of not but she needs to be replaced immediately. Would have given a one star but then again everyone EXCEPT Elizabeth is so nice and helpful. Hope next year when I come, I won’t have to be treated with such disrespectful and hostility. Thanks!

Receptionist trolled us on the phone today 02-26-2021. She asked a broad and unclear question to waste our time. We gave as full of an answer as reasonable and she said "I will not help you with that kind of attitude".
