Beautiful spot, however had a fairly negative interaction with a park ranger there on a couple several times. I love going when the water is high! Spectacular waterfall views!

I’ve driven by this many times. Nice short hike depending on your fitness level, maybe an hour long. Can be shorter or longer as there are 3 foot bridges. Would recommend keeping any pets leashed as this is a popular hike so you will meet many people, and the current in the river and the falls are potentially dangerous. Lovely hike with forest and waterfalls.
We took bikes and cycled into Coombs and did the Goats on the roof thing. Lots of room on the shoulder of highway. About 9 km one way.
If Cameron lake park was open, we would have liked to cycle there for a swim , but it was closed.

This campsite was an oasis of relaxation for us. The mystically beautiful forest is lovingly divided into small plots where you can find enough space for yourself and yet not feel alone. The only pity is that there are sanitary facilities only on the upper campsite. However, a walk is easily doable and toilets are also available at the lower campsite.

A very quaint place full of great trails and Zen at its finest. The campground has a upper and lower section to camp in and if you take the lower you can get a few spots with the sounds of the river at your door step makes for a relaxing stay!

June 26th we were able to show up unannounced and find a half decent campsite at 630 in the evening. The campground greeter said there would be a staff member going around collecting the 23 dollar fee and bring firewood for a fee. By 11pm he still hadn't shown up and we were on our way to bed. As luck would have it he showed up right as we had settled into our bags. I'm only giving 4 stars because we didn't get to have a fire for our one night stay. My advice is to make sure that they know you Need fire wood. Or bring your own. Bathrooms are relatively clean, garbage receptacles nearby, drinking water available, beautiful hiking in the area. Mostly quiet, with exception to RVs running compressors(we avoided sites near that guy). There are some sites that offer a bit more privacy than others.

A beautiful campground Thankfully! We got a little bit of a privacy on our campsite. We booked campsite #35. I feel like other campsites have a little bit of a privacy from my opinion. Although, doesn't matter anyway.

There are trails going to the lower falls and upper falls. So pretty. Also, an easy walk. We had a lovely walked here before which made us booked a campsite.

No shower, but there's a flush toilet if you don't like the pit one. No children's playground, but kids will surely enjoy the walk to the river.

One of my favourite provincial parks. The lower campground is closer to the river with a great swimming hole. Multiple trails with spectacular views of the upper and lower falls. Large campsites and very well maintained.
