Scheduled a pickup at 4pm from Montefiore Medical Center. Reached out to them at 6:45pm and was told "sorry we had delays". Absolutely no concern for their patients.

Ambulance 803 disgusting ! Driving with the lights and alert on with no urgency! Looking in the ambulance young lady is laughing and playing with passenger! As they’re slowing down traffic ! Cars moving out the way and she’s driving slow with lights on, goofing with the passenger! I hope no one was in the back of the vehicle! These are not people who should be in charge of an emergency! They can literally cause accidents on the road riding around that way .I’m disgusted

If I can rate this a ZERO star I would they are the worst company when it comes to providing transport for their elderly patients I wish their was a number I can call so that they can be reprimanded for their lack of care and curtesy for their patients..:. Have been dealing with them for 8 months and I can count on 1 hand how many times they where truthful they only person I can vouch for with citywide is Janelle even her boss Eric has no work etiquette and that says a lot about who they hire at city wide also having couples work together making trips very uncomfortable for the patient

Citywide was suppose to pick me up from Columbia Presbyterian Hospital yesterday at 3 pm and they didn’t arrive until 10pm. I had to go to rehab in Montgomery, NY and the ride was horrible. They didn’t have any shocks on that van and I felt every bump. It was freezing cold inside and the stretcher was as hard as a rock. It’s the worst service I’ve ever received. Please do not use this company. If I could give negative stars I would.

Do NOT use this ambulance service. Poor service, ambulance BROKE DOWN, EMT fell asleep en-route when should have been monitoring. Calls to the office- staff are very rude.

Saw a video on the internet of an employee with a large oddly shaped back side doing a strange wiggle dance while pushing an empty stretcher. Not very professional behavior to engage in while on the clock.

Horrible service. Originally claimed they would pick up the patient (my 92 year old aunt) at 3:30PM. Kept postponing throughout the day, with the last update claiming pick up at 9PM. EMTs showed up at 11PM at the Metropolitan Hospital Acute Rehab for pick-up. Total 7.5 hour wait! An old and manual stretcher is all they had, nothing to match the industry leading Stryker stretchers I've seen other services use. The ambulance ride was very bumpy, and the driver had trouble finding the location of the next rehab.
