Drop off time was perfect and smooth, now picking up the car was my worst NIGHTMARE we check in 11:34am and we were supposed to be out of there by 11:34pm, we got there about 5 minutes late I’m not going to lie but we got there and there was no body at their cashier office so we kept walking to the sign that says stop and wait for an attendant later one of their attendants comes by driving a vehicle and as gets out of that vehicle I asked him where do we pay and where do we get the vehicle and guess what? Since he had his AirPods on he totally ignored me 100% not even that he saw us standing waiting for help. Then I went to the cashier office and was very surprised that because of my late 5 minutes plus the time we were ignored our balance due was $67 instead of the $40 agreed. I tried explaining the whole story to both of the attendants and they totally ignored my story telling me that I had to pay the $67 and if I waited more it will increase more one of them told me that he wanted to go home quickly.

Terrible customer service both attendants were rude and unprofessional
Do your self a favor find another garage besides this one there are some cheaper with nicer attendants, the day before I paid $35 somewhere else and everything was awesome

They scratched my car his name is cristian he parked my car and didn’t even take care of my car and when I called they literally took my parking ticket they gave me to pay and all I had was a receipt said they can’t even check sept 7 date with pictures and millions of pics I don’t care you scratched my car and now I’ll file a claim this is ridiculous is this how you treat valet cars

A bit hesitant to leave our vehicle here because of some reviews online but when we left our truck here(06/16 AM) and picked it up (06/17 AM), we paid $77 for that 24hr parking. OTHER parking establishments rejected us because they said the truck is big and they have no space for it.

Hope they’ll continue their good service based on our experience!

I should have read the other reviews. I came back earlier than expected: 45 minutes was the response. Got back after 30 minutes. Three attendants standing around! So, clearly a consistent poor service here. Pay a little more and go elsewhere.

Drop off was smooth. During pick up, when I paid, I asked for a receipt but was told rudely to just go wait at the side. After waiting 10 minutes to pick up my car, one of the attendants asked me if I was waiting for a car, if I had a receipt, what kind of car I had. Things would’ve gone smoother if I was actually given a receipt at payment. I’m pretty sure that it is rare for a parking garage to lose a car but I was getting really nervous. After another 10 minutes, my car finally shows up. No apology from the valet attendants.

Horrendous! We forgot our wallet in the car and they didn’t allow us to get to the car after parking only for an hour. The only option they gave us is to get the car out (after paying 65$ for 24 hour parking) and check it back in (pay additional 65$). Called ParkWhiz and they tried their best to get in touch with the management; reimbursed us $20 for our trouble. Even after that we waited almost two hours to get our car.

I've left my car here contoured times. (Hard to count since every Icon seems identical.) I have not had any problems. It's more expensive than I wish it were, but it's not like that reality is hidden. They post all their prices where you pull in.
