Pathetic many people gave wrong rating beware I will suggest for economic point of ciew Mahasagar is the good option.

Good buses..need to upload luggages before depart time..overall good experience

Very Poor & Unhygenic conditions in bus. Bus from Surat to Shirdi is late by 2hrs, still driver & conductor are stopping & picking up local passengers for small distances, putting all other passengers at risk...Not worth 1 star also

The driver's behavior was inappropriate. I was traveling from Surat to Nathdwara, and the journey took nearly 14 hours due to the bus driver repeatedly stopping the bus to pick up on-road passengers for extra money. We paid around 3000 rupees for our tickets. The bus was operated by Shreenath Traveller. I would not recommend traveling with them. THE BUS NO is AR11 C4555.....Again do not trust them.

Deserves zero stars... office address not updated on google, phone number shows invalid, poor customer service. Worst travel ever travelled. Never ever book from shreenath travels... its a mental torture to talk to them. Waste of money, waste of time.

Would recommend a walk service rather than Shreenath travels..!

1-AC not working
2-Sofa stink
3-Charging slot hanging(Hawa me bhagwan bharose)
4-After every 300km key change the bus and treats you like a luggage.
5-When complain is escalated to manager (manager says hum aise hi krte hai)
6-while calling manager twice he starts abusing by saying why the hell are uou calling me. Do not Call me ever.

I would recommend a name-

Instead of Shreenath travels it should be Bhagwan bharose travels😁

Really very third class bus and services this is my first and last experience with shreenath travels 😡
