Baggage Storage by Smarte Carte

Traveling recently back from Melbourne after going to the AU Open I had a need to return a few shirts from the Open I had purchased. With no time to do this as I needed to catch my flight, I met Mars at the baggage storage who went above and beyond in customer service to personally mail the package for me. Even after I returned to the USA she communicated with me to confirm the package was sent. Mars is an amazing employee who gets customer service!

Great and very convinenet service. Very easy to access via the international Arrivals lounge. We were served by Sabiha and she was amazing.

A wonderful service, especially because of the employee Marz. We travel with bicycles and were able to store our ferry bikes due to the friendly Marz, as it generously arrived 45 minutes before the official opening time and we were therefore able to take our flight stress-free. It is virtually impossible to organize transport of two bicycles at night. since are infinitely grateful. Many many thanks!!

They close at 7pm. However, you can use the locker which is located inside P7 carpark opposite of the international terminal. There is no any signage you could see from outside of carpark. You have to get into P7 to see the locker which is located at both 1st level and 2nd level. Payment is for 24 hours, you can re-access the locker within the payment period.

Marz provides an amazing service with great energy. Dropping our bags for safe storage overnight was easy and effortless.
