Terrible service. Not open during open times. Called the number on the wall and was told he'd be down in 5 minutes. Waited 30mins, tried calling 2 more times with no answer. What a joke.
Ali was very helpful and accomodating. I arrived late with a lot of baggage and small children. I was struggling to get all of my luggage from the Domestic terminal to the international. On top of that, I lost my voice! They were very helpful, patient and understanding. 100% reccomend.

The bag service was handy for our long wait to check in to our flight. We were able to sightsee without carrying all our luggage around. Seemed a little bit expensive though
Absolutely do NOT recommend if only storing a bag for a day. Says it is “open” 7am - 9pm but it is actually unattended and you have to wait for someone to attend. I gave up after waiting 15 mins as I only had the day and didn’t want to waste it waiting to check the bag…
The staff that provide service for us was an old man. He is very nice and friendly. Highly recommend to store your luggage here and you can enjoy your time before check in.
The staff responded quickly and handled the work very kindly and accurately, which made it comfortable for me to stop by Sydney. Highly recommend this service.
