After initially having an unpleasant experience, I got a call from Derek who helped me out and got me what I needed. Explained the process of what was being ordered and was very professional. Other employees could learn from him. Thanks again Derek.

I purchased a pair of Cosatron LI 750 Units for a retail space which, upon delivery, 1 of the 2 units had an issue rendering it nonfunctional and in need of repair right out of the box.
I then went out of pocket to repair the unit to which I was informed through terrible customer service that they were not going to reimburse me and only give me a credit towards future purchases.
I wont be using this credit and am left with a terrible experience from a company which boasted a superior product as well as customer attentiveness.
I would never recommend this product nor this company to anyone in need of air filtration services.

Bartos has been my go-to provider for fans from unit heaters to exhaust and all the accessories. I have used them on at least 4 commercial jobs over the last year and have not been disappointed. Whether it's trying to track equipment during shipment or trouble shooting when issues arise, they have support from start to finish.
