BMC charging us 100 for cars and 30 for bike but our cars and bike not safe at this place today I lost my helmet in this parking I accept I have not lock my helmet but why the cctv camara are not working if any one damage the bike or car how they come to know who is culprit it means we have to pay the parking charges and feel our vehicle is safe here but if damage done they just avoid their responsibility. It's usless service providers of BMC

In terms of space, It has 3 floors above ground and 2 floors under. A fair warning, the parking is fairly dusty so expect your car to get dusty in a few hours and if you park it overnight then you might find a thick layer of dust on it. By the way 500 meters radius area outside this parking facility is a strict no parking zone. So be careful.

Amazing idea to use the parking lot of lodha for public. Whoever was behind this, hats off to you.
Being a crowded place, it had to have some innovative solution for parking. It's a neglected area which no one takes initiative for.
Hats off to the BMC for thinking in such a unique way.

Awesome place. Be careful with the bike helmets as most people have a Habit of stealing the helmet. Else it's a neat and clean place to park the vehicle. Appreciate the government efforts to build something like this.
