Fleet Street Apartments

Fabulous experience for myself, our bride and the rest of our hen group! We had no issues in finding the apartment - Charlie, the person who communicated with me throughout the booking, during our travelling and throughout our stay, gave us a very descriptive information pack explaining where the entrance is how to get in. 3 keys between 13 of us was perfect. We kept one in the box outside the flat at all times and then 2 of us took one out to ensure everyone could get in at all times. The more keys you have, the more likely it is you’ll lose them and end up paying for missing keys so I felt 3 was the perfect number. Our flat in the basement was spacious, clean and had everything you needed! We decided on a slumber party theme one night because of how great it was. Pop world is right around the corner from the apartment which we thought was absolutely amazing! It’s so central, no matter what activity we booked, we didn’t walk more than 10/15 minutes to get anywhere (and we had someone on crutches, so we were slightly slower in pace)!
I would highly recommend. The hosts were welcoming and have communicated amazingly throughout! Brilliant service and I will use again for my next trip to Liverpool!

So, stayed here in June 2023. It was perfect… I read these other reviews, worried about what we’d find. I needn’t have worried because the place was perfect. Everything worked, the place was spotless and it was ideally placed for 4 days away with a group of mates (25-35 yrs old). If you’re travelling for a group vacation/stag/hen do, then you’re going to have an excellent weekend and be very comfortable. I would recommend ear plugs as it is in the middle of the city, but if you want a quiet night away then don’t stay in Liverpool city centre! Would recommend to anyone

Flat is difficult to find. Down an alleyway. Nobody local seems to know of their existence. Two key fobs between 13 people. Second toilet absolutely honking of jobby and stinking the whole flat out. Mirrors in one bedroom. Terrible.

Disappointing stay, boiler wasn’t turned on so no hot water, Wi-Fi didn’t work, no toilet roll, no check in instructions, broken tv. Very poor customer service when these issues were brought up. They refused to take responsibility for these issues.

Very disappointing stay 👎 poor check in experience and no toilet roll in any bathrooms. Boiler was also turned off so no hot water. Complained to the owner and they told me I'm making it all up.
