Bring identification for entry. The second floor exhibits are being refreshed right now. The exhibit that was open was the history of Singapore, covering the +100 year history of the country’s existence. Lots of information and good layout so you won’t get lost. Overall a great place to visit.

Strong recommendation for this exciting and engagingly set up and routed exhibition. Took the standard ticket for their permanent exhibition as it is supposed to take 60-90mins for that alone (was on 3 day itinerary only), but you could of course be faster. A real gem, even if you are not into "museums". This is a really "cool" one, giving you a good overview on Singapores history in an interactive, non-boring and greatly illustrated way. Best way to get a solid, yet quick understanding of historic context. Kudos to the curators!
