Bigger than what you see from the outside. Have lots of pottery, history to read about, geology, etc.

Tastefully done, beautiful little museum that covers everything from geographic history to Native American culture. Despite looking small on the outside there are so many exhibit rooms on the inside so plan for at least 3 hours to properly enjoy the space.

Wonderful hidden gem. Provides a great history of the area both culturally and geographically. It seems like a smaller museum but if you took the time to absorb even 10% of it, it would take at least a full day. Very interesting to learn about the native tribes, their history, and evolution of tools and housing. While a lot of the museum won’t appeal to younger children, there were sufficient children-oriented activities and exhibits to keep mine 4 and 7, occupied for 3 hours. Hoping I can come back with just my wife one of these days to spend more time taking it all in with my wife.

The STAR WARS EXIBIT IS NOT THERE ANYMORE, NEITHER IS R2D2 FYI! This is a beautiful museum with lots of interesting pieces and exhibits. The only downside is the gift shop is VERY expensive, beautiful & unique items but expensive. There isn't children's section in the shop where you can get an affordable small memento or keepsake. Even the stickers start at 10 dollars. The shop is geared towards collectors not children who may be visiting the museum as well. I asked one of the gift shop attendees if there was another gift shop and she rudly just said, "No". Some of the reviews indicate there are indeed two giftshops. My son was quite disappointed at the end of our visit but still thought it was a nice museum overall. My children aged 8 & 1 enjoyed the random ant play area.

This museum is fantastic. I wish I had more time to visit. If I lived in the area I would become a member. Their exhibits change something there's always something new. There's a lot to unpack. Best part is learning about the People of the Colorado Plateau from themselves. I love to hear people tell Their-story rather than History. It's more authentic that way. If you're in the area go there. It's worth it.

Never been here, was my first time. Interesting place, went exploring this day. Pretty nice and quiet, they also have a area to lounge for quiet time. Was nice! Gift shop is excellent as will. Check it if your in the area, needing something to do. Until next time! 15$ to get in, unless your Native American 10$. 👍
