The drivers are 99% friendly but the bus service is terrible. Sometimes the morning busses just don't come, I don't mean late, that I can live with, they just don't come. It's too top heavy not to be an excellent service with 3 tax paid managers, for a 12 route transit system...
Service has improved but could still be better. Have tickets available at even more locations. Ramps that fully lower. I dont how someone with a wheelchair can get on the transit. A walker is doable. A loadable card system and transfers good for stopovers so you dont have to pay another fare if you want to go into a store or building for a few minutes
Schedules are terrible. Busses are frequently late so you can't depend on them to get to work on time! Very frustrating!
Bus driver went right passed my stop and never even opened the doors, just went right by.
Poor service, rude driver who refused ride to student after accepting fare because students name was not included on pick up list. The service should be available to all students attending evening classes. Student safety should come first. Glad the supervisor is looking into this incident.
