Saturday morning I dropped off a picture of The Esquires car club they were nice enough to accept it as part of Richfield history and also the sophomore 1969 hockey team that was undefeated and they were also gracious enough to keep that photo and they were going to post it
The Richfield History Center is always a nostalgic trip. Friendly! Fun!
Alot of little bits of history in this small but packed full place. It would be a great place for young school kids to learn some Minnesota history. Don't forget to drop some bills in the donation jar!
It is not a big museum but, it is a very significant place of the first suburb of The Twin Cities, it is the farmhouse where a pioneers family used to live; lots of historic details are placed on the inside of this house. Attention to visitors is wonderful along many other interesting details, you may move thoughts to the to the past while having a tour over the house; Really good place for those who love History!!
Nice history about Richfield and early settlers. Much information available to research people from Richfield. Really nice and committed volunteer and looking for more.
