The Medical City provides an innovative approach to different sickness and diseases. They always make sure to that your health is top concern. The Medical City Clark is good as just as the main branch.

Went here for a drug test, a Pre employment requirement, took me over 2 hours just to complete it, super slow service, they appear to be understaff or something, it appears that there is only one manning the drug test lab. Hope this can be resolved

My husband was confined last feb 2023 & the personnel in emergency was very accomodating the only problem that i had when we was transferred to our room & the doctor assigned to him did not exist for 2days & his not getting better for the medication his taking so i freaked out,i told to the nurse if that doctor cant do her job i want another doctor that i can talk face to face & im so glad that dr lugtu came,she's amazing i told her about my frustration and she said she will do her best to have the procedure the next day & she have a word...she contacted all the doctors that needs to checked my husband before the procedure & turned out great.dr lugtu is highly recommended.

Their facilities are great however they are expensive hospital😄

This review is for the year 2023. I am being followed by ENT, Cardio, Pulmonary, Ortho, Neuro, at MCC. I've had MRIs, Labs, Sleep Study, and Medications. I haven't experienced any problems except the ones I entered with.

I'm beginning a different phaze of treatment now. I'm expecting care to continue to be very good.

I use FMP and Tricare. Occasionally, I pay cash for doctors that do not except either.

Currently here at Clark Medical Center. Father in law has been admitted as a patient, 3rd day here being told up to another 10 days before being released. Thus far, our experience here is deplorable.

Communication amongst staff doesn't happen. They do not share any information with us when asked and being advised to wait for the Dr., of course that is when they decide to show up, no transparency what so ever; no bathroom supplies, no hand towels, no hand sanitizer. NOTHING! I do understand the misinformation and liability exposure from nurse to patient is why, However, nothing is unacceptable.

Also, during a pamper change, the nurses are asking us if we have supplies because they did not have any supplies. Do you mean to tell me they are asking us for supplies when it should be already supplied????

We decided to look at current and past reviews about Clark Hospital just to ensure we were being sensitive because our loved was being treated here.
1. We discovered the hospital overall review is 2.8 out of 5. That's called failing.
2. The vast majority of responses on the reviews are common to our concerns and urge people to not come here.
3. Lack of urgency or preparation to meet the needs of the patients.
4. My wife and I are doing shifts as watchers. We are now bringing hygene supplies from home to ensure his hygene needs are sanitary. Unfortunate!!!!
5. We changed rooms today and were hoping for a supplied bathroom. Unfortunately, it was not.

Checking out 11 days later, May 7, 2023 we discovered descrepencies in the billing. The supervisor nurse was called in to review all charges and agreed there were several descrepencies in the billing. The billing nurse did advise us that she would review and provide us with an updated bill.

Unfortunately, she never came back or showed herself with an update as we waited. Essentially, we were just ignored without any resolution. One huge billing descrepency was Dr. Perlas charged 50,000 while providing updates only by phone, no face to face updates. By the way, Dr. Perlas cost was more expensive than our neurologist, and we did get face to face and phone updates.

I can continue the list of ridiculous errors and problems we have experienced here but chose not to. YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED, DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE, YOUR CARE EXPECTATIONS AND TRANSPARENCY WILL NOT BE MET.......

Absolutely useless hospital. Scheduled in for cesarean section for my pregnant girlfriend over a week in advance. Reserved a room but upon arrival from admission found they gave our room away and demanded we take a lower one. Overall there was no care at all for the comfort of my girlfriend or her surgery.

Customer service were awful. They said it was just a mistake which isn’t a good thing to hear from a hospital as makes me wonder where else they make mistakes. Would never use this hospital for any scheduled procedure in the future and wouldn’t recommend anyone try to plan any serious procedure here especially expats.

Overall just a very careless place. By contrast we went to St Luke’s in Manila which is actually a good hospital. This one just pretends to be.

Best experience outside of the US Military hospital I have had. This is the first time I had to use my Tricare and thanks to Mr Dante his staff and Dr Papio (Ortho Surgeon) and his staff. My experience was 5/5. Thank you so much for your service everyone was delightful to deal with.

Save your life. Do not go here if you have emergency surely you’ll die because staffs here don’t have a sense of urgency. If you need operation they do not have available surgeons and you need to find yourself while your in life death situation. They will only give you pain reliever that could put yourself in danger because they never do skin test before injecting it to you. I almost died there! Gosh!
