There’s so much going on at the Coopersville Farm Museum!

They have changing exhibits of vintage and farm items: farm tools, tractors, home goods, quilts, trains, vintage toys and more. There is a special play area for children with an amazing Lego table (it’s like 10 feet long!) It’s fun for people of all ages.

They offer regular events for kids and adults including Crazy Ladies Quilting Circle, Kids, Crafts & Critters, meetings of the local antique tractor society, and a regular acoustic jam night.

They also host special events, concerts, meetings, receptions, and private parties. The recent quilt auction which I attended was a great success. Definitely worth a visit!

Nice museum however it isn’t friendly to the whole family. Volunteers were rude and unkind. Followed me, accused me of taking candy from children and asked me to leave simply for being a teenager. Overall an unpleasant experience due to this discrimination. Even spent money at the gift shop. Extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. Don’t host an egg hunt and give me a basket if I’m going to be punished for participating. Very disappointing experience.
Edit* excluding disabled people over the age of 10 isn’t a good look either. Do better

LOVE! This place is a true display of honor, legacy, pride, and faith. A true true work of LOVE. Preserving the past, enjoying the present, and preparing and sharing for the future! Built and maintained by beautiful people, the museum is full of antique trinkets and memorabilia and the Jam Nights are packed with pleasant songs and people! Thanks Coopersville family for sharing this magic! Keep on rockin’! Much love!
