The Legacy at Lake Charles

I moved into The Legacy back in July when I relocated, only seeing everything on the website. I have had nothing but an amazing experience with the complex from the first phone call to move in. The office staff (Bri, Samantha and Mr. G) are friendly, helpful and responds promptly to any questions or concerns. Any and all maintenance issues are addressed in a very timely fashion and Joe does an amazing job taking care of your needs.
The amenities (gym,, pool,, bbq area pool table, free coffee/computer lounge and dog park) are an added bonus!
Also, the fun pop-up events for the residence and their pups is great as well!
I would completely recommend this location if you’re looking for a new place to live!!!

I was considering a move to LC earlier this year, and was recommended to legacy by a former tenant. I was able to take a virtual tour with Garrett, and he made the experience very fun and positive. The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are the best I’ve seen! Garrett was the best and so helpful!

Just moved into the Legacy yesterday and this has been the easiest move ever. The staff have went above and beyond to make sure the process went smoothly. Garrett and Brianna took the time to make sure everything was perfect on my move in day. I’m excited to call this place home.

The staff is always friendly at this spacious community with great amenities! Pool is kept up and club house near pool has really cool garage style doors that are open when weather permits! I had to move for personal reason but which I didn’t! I miss it! If you’ve made it to the reviews then just do it, move there.

The best apartment complex ever! The whole staff is amazing as well, especially Briana, but every employee I’ve met has gone out of their way to assist in anything I needed! They also have lots of great amenities! Highly, highly recommend Legacy!!
