Sehr nette Bedienung. Essen kann ich nicht beurteilen, konsumierten nur Brownies und die waren fein.

Wir haben nur Kaffee getrunken, aber der Service war wirklich auffallend nett. Man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen!

I have not experienced less welcoming cafe in Switzerland than this. We came in during heavy with a small stroller and were immediately rudely told to leave it outside. When asked if they provide baby chairs, they don’t have any. There was plenty of space in the cafe and not a lot of guests inside.
If they treat families like this, it gives you a hint of how they treat all the other guests. Avoid this place.

The owner of BonnieBistro should focus more on the hospitality level of the staff.
You might have rules such as "no stroller inside," although this shouldn't stop parents from being able to buy a coffee or a snack from you. Clearly, no parent would leave their baby alone in the stroller outside. Instead of 'attacking' your customers with a loud and intense voice telling us (two moms with strollers) to directly leave the cafe (when there were only one table occupied indoors at that time, and we certainly were not in the way while wanting to have a look at the offer so that we could buy something for takeaway), the female staff member could have told us nicely "due to the imited space indoors, we have a 'no stroller policy'. But as I see that you clearly want to order something for takeaway, you are welcome to place an order with me. I could also join you outside and explain what we can offer you, and then I will bring the card reader to make the payment process easier for you. " Everything (!) can be nicely expressed with a high service-minded approach.
Instead of happily having bought drinks etc to go, we decided to leave the place empty-handed and with a feeling that we wouldn't like to return. This is especially sad since I have many times during my pregnancy bought both coffee and lunch from there.

So next time a parent approaches the cafe, remember that this too is a paying customer. Maybe it's time to add a nicely written sign at the entrance "Arriving with a stroller or a bike? Please allow us to meet you outside to place the order and to proceed with the payment"

The first place in my life where strollers are not allowed inside the cafe. I have no idea how they image I would eat with the baby in my arms. We have to leave in the end

Wollte kurz etwas trinken, habe mich draußen hingesetzt trotz Temperatur. Schade ….

DISCRIMINATION! I went directly to the bar to order a coffee, 3 employees there and all of them ignored me, I felt really discriminated.
