Very bad experience, very expensive the staff is so rude a patient is having fever only they charge Rm70. Will never go this clinic again they should at least learn how to talk with the patient specially the frontliners with scarf very rude I don’t know why she was angry. I am very disappointed.

Nurse name Rina very rude and bad attitude... patient ask some questions...she just scold back WAIT LA ...BANYAK ORANG.....why can't she just tell softly than tunggu sekejap or wait awhile? Don't ever come here if you don't want to get scolded

halo I'm vaithegi yesterday night I pegi sana ada 2 indian and melay staff buat xtahu je duduk kat reception and than I'm nurse u know tat I hv train already all the prices I know how come the indian doctor give me 1 inje it's voren and the bandge for my leg how the total become rm100 haloo look sometime I'm the one give price for patient yesterday emergency so I go to ur clinic it's really bad u must know me who I'm yesterday I go to ur clinic cucuk pn darah klr byk sakit klu ada darah maksud u slh cucuk muscle saya betul???hmmm agak2 lh teruk wey the voren Diclofenac is just how much I'm working 24houra klinik u know tat hmmm reaply me ok...if not I will do report ur account

2 stars for Dr. Prema. She was well-spoken and attentive. A very Kind and helpful Security Guard. God bless him. There was a very rude Malay nurse who refused to speak English and has an attitude that will instantly tell you she was not raised right. She is unwelcoming and behaves like she is doing this whole world a favor just by existing. The security guard was such a gentleman who was doing much better work than the nurse. Some people should never be allowed to be a nurse or have a nursing license. I felt like slapping her thick mascara loaded face and reporting her to police. Zero empathy!

This clinic should close! My friend was here unconscious, she fell unconscious in front of the door near the receptionist but they just stood there and watch. No one helped and they said need to wait for queue. They do not care about patient at all! The doctor should resign his job as a doctor because it is supposed to be a doctor's duty to treat a patient in need immediately and not let her like this. Shame on this clinic!

I am angry at the shockingly incorrect advice given from here. I came in last night with Covid-like symptoms. No BP taken or pulse checked. The female doctor working at 11pm asked what my symptoms are, and was about to prescribe me something for a runny nose, when I reminded her I don't have a runny nose. She asked if I've been around anyone with Dengue but Dengue is not contagious: not spread from person to person...surely if I know that (and I'm no doctor) then so should she! In the end she diagnosed me with just having a normal flu, even though I told her it feels much worse than just a flu. Well I'm so glad that I made the decision to go to another clinic for a 2nd opinion. That place did blood tests, put me on a IV drip, intromuscular injection etc and confirmed this was a serious bacterial infection.
Honestly it scares me to think what would have happened had I gone with the initial diagnosis of 'flu' and not got this treated and looked into properly. The only one positive at Qualitas Klinik was the security guard who could see I was very weak/dizzy and kept assisting me. The rest of the staff at the counter etc couldn't care less, they were cold and completely devoid of any empathy. A complete waste of RM130. Never again!

Im currently on holiday at kL, then I found this clinic, I came at 12.38am
The indian doctor treat me so well and soft spoken.. i terseliuh terjatuh dan kaki bengkak teruk masa kt dataran putrajaya, so I came here.. thanks god this clinic open 24hours.. the medicine price also affordable

I did my booster vaccination here. From the outside it doesn't clearly looked like a clinic as the place exactly beside the road and for first time visitor like me it will be quite confusing, especially when we are taking grab service to reach the area. There should be a sign board from the road side area. When i come in I queue like everybody else then one of the nurse asked me for my purpose. I did mentioned about my booster vaccination invites from my sejahtera app. She quickly checked my app then just asked me to wait at the back. No number given, no form to fill in, just wait. So i did, until after 45 minutes one of us kind of like tired of waiting, she asked to the lady in the registration area again about the time and booster. Again just said to wait. Not long after, a Chinese lady nurse FINALLY came out and STARTED to ask us the visitors. Then the queue started to happen! After waiting, the clinic looks hectic, nurses shputing calling people's names, suddenly one of the nurse called me to the registration area. Guess what happened?? I WAS GIVEN ABOUT : may i know how did you know today we have gotten the pfizer vaccine? I said from the app. Oh alright, so please now open your app and updates. I said, oh update for the profile? Because i did already today. She said, oh no about the vaccine. In confusion i just did what she asked. Suddenly my apps status is COMPLETED. she said, after 2-3 days your details about this booster vaccination will be shown AND SHE HANDED ME OVER MY VACCINATION CARD. I said, I HAVEN'T GOT THE VACCINE YET! the lady was confused and asked, anyone asked you before you proceed before when you came? I said, when i came that lady (the lady in the beginning/registration sitting next to her) said just wait there at the back and she said nothing. Then, she just oh while rolled eyes and confused because the registration lady did not inform properly, then said it's okay please wait again i will inform the nurse. Waiting again 10 minutes then i got my vaccine. After i have gotten my vaccine she xalled me and gave the explanation again about the app and gave me the card. She apologies for the miscommunication earlier. My suggestion is, there's a lot of nurses there in the counter area, at least 1 person assist while people coming in and queueing. Another person is assist about to fill the form. It was messy that day, and i heard people also like shaking their heads because of how hectic the clinic was.
