The epitome of unprofessionalism! They cancel flights in the last moment, the customer support staff shouldn't be given a tag of "support" in the first place, and to top all of this, even the staff in the airline's counter are rude and impolite!

Zero stars for Go First. The worst flight experience.i should have checked the reviews before booking a flight. Rescheduled twice with no flight status. When i called their customer service, they simply replied with "flight is on schedule" which is a total lie. Its for my father and i dont know for start two hours where the flight location is. Tried a million times to track it but trackers could not find the flight says its delayed. Im not sure the flight has been delayed or not. Not a worthy flight to even get flight rating. How the AAI even allowed such service int he first place. Im going to complaint in every location possible and ill make sure of it for sure.

Please do not ever book your flight with Go Air. They rescheduled our flight multiple time, then cancelled it. Now I am trying to cancel that booking on their website, the website has so many glitches. I am on wait on their customer call for literally 27 mins. Unbelievable they are being so horrible at service in this age and era of competition

Never opt for GoAir. They don't only reschedule flights just before 48 hours, but also they will convert your ticket from a direct flight to a single stop flight along with some inconvenient time. You will left with option to either choose their indirect flight or pay much extra to book in another carrier. I heard similar things happened with other people as well. And it looks like it is a common practice for GoAir.

Never ever book this airline, they give bookings in advance at lower price and discounts but a week or two before travel date they send you a message that flight has been canceled due to unavoidable reason. They have option to book another flight from goair at no extra charges but such a flight will not exist at all. While you get refund, you will spend more to buy ticket with other carrier though you booked with goair in advance. This looks to be a big scam by goair, beware and don't fall in their trap. I ended up paying 30k extra for my family travel because of goair.

I've booked my flight and 1 day before the journey, they call me and say the flight is cancelled due to technical issues but they really dont know what their issues are.
they give an option to reschedule the same flight to the next day
again they give a call 1 day before and now they come up with a story saying the flight is delayed again and the option I've is either to take a connecting flight which is at an 15 hour layover or cancel the flight for which they will only refund partial amount as we booked via agent and rest all is agent problem.
they dont give any response and all answer they have is according to their customer policies, they cant reveal any details as to why the flights are cancelled
and even money is not refunded so far.. had to keep on following up for the money

Number one fake and unprofessional GoAir! we book flight one month before our journey and three days before they canceled the flight and no reason or response from the your end and after that we booked another flight with double charges, you didn’t evn refund our amount no mail response , call 📞 😡😡😡😡

Oh GoAir! Last month you preponed my flight from a comfortable 9am to a painful 5am. And today, I see you cancelled my flight with less than a day's notice!!
