Was served by a woman today at the Charleroi airport who had terrible customer service skills. She heated up food for one customer then refused to heat mine up.
Go for their cheesecake, its yummy!
I do not recommend to be honest. Worst croque monsieur ever for 6,90 euro. I give 2 stars for the friendliness of the lady at the counter. It's quite ok for the places to sit down and cleanliness, at 6 am it's quite ok to find a place to sit.
Tasteless and expensive panini Italiana. For such price (€6.90) they could really try just a bit better.
When you sell a panini sandwich for 7 euros you better make it perfect. Tldr it was a half empty sandwich.
Awful not tasting food and pricy
They are thieves!!! I wanted a small cappuccino and I saw it cost 3.80€ on the menu, then I saw it cost 4.10 on the screen and when I paid for it the waitress asked me for 4.40€ which is the same price as a medium sized cappuccino!!! So I told her so and she pretended not to listen to me!!! Absolutely rude!!!
