My partner planned a trip for my birthday and since neither of us have traveled since before the pandemic I had no idea my passport expired.
Rush Passport was recommended to me by a friend who used them a few years back but I was hesitant to use them because
1.They are expensive compared to some of the other places I found online (mostly scams) and
2. I was afraid it would not be ready on time.

Despite my apprehension I decided to take a chance and they did not disappoint.The process was so simple, and they were very responsive to all of my questions whether it was via phone or an email. I went to their office on 35th street with my docs and met with Daisy who took my new photo and took care of the rest. Within 48 hours my passport was processed. Does it get any better than that?! I think not!

The best service ever! What I thought was going to be a long anxiety filled situation since I lost my passport was made so easy because of Allie, Sam and the team at Rush Passport. They were able to work with the few documents I had, take the best picture I’ve ever taken for an ID at their office making the whole process so much easier, getting everything done in less than an hour. This would have taken weeks if not months to get processed, but with them I got my passport within a week. I now get to make it to Greece on time to baptize my best friends son and be with my family.
