Bella Hotaling is the best recruiter! She helped make my resume more appealing and told her manager I'm a perfect fit for the role, even though I need 2 weeks off 4 months after the start date. Her manager took her advice and I had an interview 3 days after our initial conversation. She called me 3 hours after the interview concluded to tell me I got the job!
