Amazing Museum! Be ready to take at least a half day to wander and read through 4 levels. My mind was tired.
It was so nice to enter through the metro station-very handy

Definitely a must see in Santiago. Educational, compelling, very well curated museum. Free entrance and direct access from metro station.

Really cool architecture and history. Museum is free admission, you can get a audio set tour for $5,000 CLP donation. But don’t think it’s necessary. Worth the visit.

A must stop for museums in Santiago. The long walk invites you into the entrance. As you walk into the entrance, you get a hint of how detailed of an experience you are about to have.

Having shortly after you enter is a nicely made quilt that is hard to miss on your way upstairs to the exhibit.

When you enter you quickly realize that you are going to be told the story of how Chile 🇨🇱 was taken from its citizens by a military dictator, and the long and unfortunately deadly road to get it back.

Spend the right amount of time there because there are a lot of hidden gems that you can find and help tell the story.

Free of charge museum built in the shape of a glass memorial mural.
The museum architecture is austere as it is its exhibits.
This multi story high museum contains in each level a well crafted set of exhibits displaying the brutality of dictatorship, as well as the actions that were taken in the 11th Set to archive democracy.
Very good size a museum. OK for English speakers. You can bye audio guide which connect two points around the museum fill in on the history, free tickets to get in! Everything is in Spanish text. Amazing history though, highly recommend.

Free museum with a free English audiotour. The staff at the front desk were very friendly! The museum is interesting and has beautiful architecture. We visited on a saturday morning/afternoon and there were not many people inside the building.

Great experience! Free entry and donations are accepted for personal audio tour devices. English audio tour was great: exhibits marked well and engaging throughout the entire museum.

Recommend if you are either from or visiting Santiago.
