Restaurante Apicius

29. September 2023: Wir haben zu Viert das große Menü mit Fisch und Fleisch bestellt. Nicht nur die Qualität und der Geschmack des Essens, auch die Präsentation, und die persönliche Ansprache speziell zum Geburtstag unserer Frauen hat uns begeistert. Die Erläuterungen zu den verwendeten Lebensmitteln und den präsentierten Weinen hat unseren Genuss noch gesteigert. Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen. Danke für diesen wunderbaren Abend!

We were there for my b-day
It is a nice restaurant with very good and fast service. We tried the "apicius menu". Unfortunately we expected much more from the food. It wasn't bad but the flavors weren't exceptional. We think it is too expensive for what is offered, but of course it is a very personal opinion.

Lovely restaurant with 3 tasting menu options. The staff was very accomodating and the food was really enjoyable. They focus on fresh produce and cook it to perfection. The seabass we had was particularly well executed.

It is also important to mention that the price quality ratio is outstanding.

Wir besuchen das Apicius schon seit vielen Jahren und fühlen uns dort sehr wohl. Der Service und die Küche sind immer excellent. Dieses Mal hatten wir ein fantastisches Menü, das uns enorm begeisterte, die Produkte und die Präsentation waren hervorragend. Wir waren begeistert von der Küche.

Weekend in Valencia and had the intention to choose 1 restaurant that is worthy of Michelin, Valencia offers a lot and then it is a matter of choosing which to take, finally opted for this just outside the center. No regrets! We were kindly received by the hostess who had previously sent a message to ask for our daughter who is vegetarian what she does / does not eat, very attentive given the menu did not have this. We were pleasantly surprised by the starters, tasty, fresh, beautifully presented. Appetizer also sublime in taste. Main course was maybe the least special, rice with fish but also tasted very nice (portion was a bit too big for us). Dessert very fresh (lime) with pumpkin, beautifully made. Very friendly and relaxed service, the woman knows how to bring it! 8 dishes that are all perfectly served, no overlapping of ingredients so if there is one less you have 7 others that can be your taste. Time flew by and enjoyed it all, we will definitely come back when we are in Valencia

Not bed, but also not surprised. Maybe it didn’t match my flavor too much.
