seat controller is difficult to press. air inside the theatre and the smell very bad, not recommended for its price and category of premier. better get regular cinema.
Senayan City's XXI cinema boasts a spacious, luxurious setting with ample seating and a pristine ambiance. The staff's friendliness adds to the enjoyable experience. My only slight disappointment was the smaller screen in cinema gate 2. Despite this, the cinema impresses with its opulent atmosphere, cleanliness, and excellent service, making it a top choice for a grand movie night.
A large cinema inside the food court at 5th floor
I came today on 9 February 2024 at 12.00 and want to use the free pass, but it was rejected. The free pass clearly mentioned not valid during night before holiday, holiday, Saturday, Sunday and Midnight show. Why it’s rejected? 9 February 12.00 is not holiday nor night before holiday.
Very poor experience. When you impose water purchase to be done inside the theatre, make sure the staff can handle the volume of customers. Water should be able to come from anywhere! It’s a health issue.

Very decent decoration for you to relax yourself with families or friends on weekends and holidays by watching movies you love.
