The staff were always friendly and responsive to any issue. Setting up and closing my mailbox was easy and I never had any problem with them.

They lost a package. Don’t know where it is.
they are really bad. I have no good word over for them.
I acuse the military for stealing package. The most worst post office ever. Don’t even answer their mail.

Typical base post office. Insist on shipping and paying for shipping at the PRIORITY level for all packages. otherwise your non priority parcels will likely fall victim to passing through the New Jersey route, which goes by boat, and will take 30-60 days. Going priority through Chicago is always fastest, usually 5-9 business days. Despite everyone saying USPS is the only company who ships to APO, UPS does via their "Sure Post" method, but behind the scenes UPS gives the package to USPS to take the rest of the way to APO. So if you find yourself with a company/shipper who only partners with UPS and won't ship to APO, ask them about "Sure Post".
