Visited San Diego for a Bachelor's trip and we wanted to golf. I contacted SDGCR and Justin was the guy I was in contact with the whole time. I reserved 4 sets of clubs through their website to make sure they would have them for us on the day we golfed.
On the day of, I gave him a heads up that we were on our way to the course and showed up a few minutes after our arrival. After dropping off the clubs he told me to give him a call once we were on the last few holes so he could be there after our round and not have us waiting around waiting for him to pick them up.
He was also able to provide us with some good places to eat and bars to visit.
If I'm ever in SD and want to golf and don't have my clubs, I will make sure to contact SDGCR.

Great experience and a pretty good set of clubs too! Would definitely recommend to anyone who doesn't want to travel with their clubs but still get a round in :)
