It is located just beside SF National Cemetry where the Golden Gate Bridge can be seen clearly. This memorial is built to educate future generations that no one forgets. As a Korean, I strongly admire all the participants to this Korean war and those who try to educate future generations the importance of freedom.

A beautiful memorial honoring those who gave their lives for the birth country of my parents. While no memorial can equal the loss to them and their families, at least respect can be paid.

I tried to visit here frequently, but I could not visit the last 3 years. Finally, I visited here on June 25 when the day the Korean War started. We must not forget the Korean War. This place view is spectacular and amazing. Just visit and feel atmosphere.

Great memorial to an important part of world history. Located in a beautiful location inside The Presidio. I got to meet one of the people in the photos that adorn the memorial.

This place is good for not only Korean but also who love freedom. Freedom is priceless and worthy to keep.

A nice and quite memorial with a great view to the Golden gate bridge. Honored to see the achievements made by the United world for a good purpose.

The Presidio is changing from a retired Army base into a beautiful park. As you walk along the park's pathways, there are numerous memorials and historic sites like this one. The displays give you a history of the Korean War and also lets you reflect on the war as you enjoy the beautiful views of Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge.
This is superb. Maybe it's the time given to be able to put up appropriate memorials, but I was immediately reminded of how gorgeous and haunting the Washington DC Korean War Memorial is. That one is much more artistically complex, but this fantastic addition to the Presidio is a wonderful, better late than never, nod to all the people involved. The location of this is superb, just past the main parade ground. Across from cemetery and Golden Gate Club. Well done Presidio Trust & NPS!!!
