Nice Morden bridge for foot passengers and trains. Connects two continents. Probably not the best location for great shots but still a nice bridge to walk on. One side of the bridge still needs refurbishment.
Die Aussicht von der Metrobrücke über das Goldene Horn ist atemberaubend. Die schimmernden Gewässer des Goldenen Horns erstrecken sich unter der Brücke, während sich die Skyline von Istanbul majestätisch am Horizont entfaltet. You get the most amazing views from this bridge across a great place to walk and capture the beauty of Istanbul and also good spot to see sunset
The Golden Horn Metro Bridge connects the Beyoğlu and Fatih districts on the European side of Istanbul, you can get the best views of both sides by standing at the Haliç station which is on the M2 line of the Istanbul Metro. The station is 2 stops away from Taksim Square. However, better view is on the platform towards Yenikapı. The views are even better if you go up to the footbridge connecting to the other side of the platform. See the breathtaking skyline of the Old Town. You make your own judgement whether the pylons and the harp like structure deface Istanbul's silhouette and the view of the Suleymaniye Mosque, an Istanbul landmark and a masterpiece by Ottoman architect Mimar Sinan. (There were concerns when the bridge was proposed)
Access through Taksim Metro to Yenikapi, Halic station. A very beautiful place especially at sunset for photography and chill
