V good apartment
Best residential building tower in sadder/Clifton, near cantt railway station. Easily accessible to all markets

Residencial Apartment Building in most prime location of Karachi city
Good and airy location. Super spacious parking and amenities an recreation for kids such as table tennis, foosball, snooker, etc. Gym isn't maintained but could be a greater plus point if upgraded n is well lit. Stand by generators and continuous running water is another star added. A minus would be the absence of gas supply in the lines. Overall is a peaceful place to be residing.
Newly constructed building in the cantt area , project of the Riaz builder , builder conditions of the flat is very poor like other newly constructed apartment nowadays, but one ☝️ good thing of the apartment is their flat rates are not higher as other old buildings nowadays, very large no of flats , there are different options for flat offered by the builder with different size plus facing flats so price varies according to flat
Good Project and Affordable than new projects which are in this area.
