Good train station bigger than Foreate Street and I Imagine that the trains go to more places

Nice and tidy train station, staffs are really helpful to customers. They have empathy when someone on trouble like me missing last train because of delaying arrival from Worcester forgatte.they book a taxi for me at midnight. Really appreciate the lady working for customer service

A Grade 2 listed building. On platform 2 the waiting room exterior is beautiful. It is adorned with original decorative tiles. There is a fascinating information board explaining it's history.

I went to see the Flying Scotsman on Saturday. The station staff were so friendly, and really went the extra mile. They were having to answer all kinds of questions that had nothing to do with them and really helped folk out. Special thanks to the very kind lady, who I assume was a manager who had come along to organise all things involved with safety. She very kindly let me through to see the engine and took a photo of me with my little dog. It really made my day.

Beautiful train station building. Has frequent services to London, Birmingham, Great Malvern, Bristol and Hereford. Staff are lovely. Easy access to shops only 10 minutes walk away from aldi and asda supermarket. Connection wise allow at least 5 minutes possibly 10 if you can.

The staff (two ladies in the office) were amazing when I missed the train to Paddington by a minute. I was going to Heathrow to meet my son who I hadn’t seen for a year and was so upset about missing the train. They did everything possible and sorted my onward travel out for me. So helpful.
