I recently stayed at Garden Residence and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The place was impeccably neat and clean, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.

It has start giving the vibe of an amazing modern architecture even before the completion. Seems it gonna be the new identity of Islamabad, amazing work

Exceptional luxury apartments located in the heart of the capital city, offering a wide range of amenities. I believe it's the best opportunity to seize and invest in The Garden Residence.

The apartments are too tight just like Sukh Chayn. We aren't living in Hong Kong or Tokyo. Considering knocking a room out of whatever you choose to make it liveable unless you guys prefer living in cubby holes.

Future of living in Capital territory

Wanted to buy an apartment, they could not tell me who the actual developer or the construction company was. They mentioned Artec and FIG but neither had web sites for due delligence. Moreover they could not give their contractual terms and condionts to review unless I paid first. Makes no sense. Contractual terms and conditions should be given prior to payment so one can review before signing. Be careful. They may look professional but they don't play by basic business principles. Shoddy outfit.
