Concierge makes life difficult for delivery drivers.

The manager guy is very rude and condescending. My sister law lives here so i come to visit very often. The manager has seen me before but he still interrogates me about a car that was parked somewhere in the garage when I DON'T DRIVE A CAR.

The building and amenities were great, but the building's manager/management was awful. There is less than 10 guest parking spots and they routinely let their employees (maintenance man with the old red SUV I'm thinking of you) park there. All of my guests got extremely rude stickers threatening to have their car towed, even if they registered their car with the front office. My boyfriends car even got towed (costing him $$$) after registering his car with the front office. They had no set way of monitoring guest parking, it was clear, and were nothing but extremely threatening and rude.

I held a corporate event in one of the common spaces and I had to follow up with the building manager three times to get my deposit back. The 'formal' system of signing for said deposit was just a signature on a post-it note.

Ridiculous management/building manager for living in a $1MM++ condo. This is the reason I moved.

The other reviews about rude/pretentious staff was spot on (some of them are nice, others not so much). Such a minor thing ruins the expensive/nice building unfortunately. It’s managed by CWD group and you can look them up to see their reviews on google.

I am a frequent visitor here and have always had a great experience with the staff. I'm not sure what the other reviews are saying about rude staff.

Glad we tried before we bought. Pretentious, unfriendly building and staff. Serious crime issues so much so that I feel unsafe walking to my car in the building’s garage… Not sure what went wrong here, but please heed this warning. There are and will soon be more, and better options.
