Attention is really lame, either it's crowded or not, staff is not usually the most kind, yet the place has good promotions and prices, better than online or another ticket sellers. I'd recommend buying here if you want a better price than most places.

Terribly bad service.
Their webpage does not allow to send the contact form as the captcha never loads.
They don't have a phone number for claims or questions or not easy to find at all.
Sometimes you cannot even choose the amount of tickets to buy and therefore you cannot buy any due to their awful webpage.

Not recommended but they have monopolized show ticket sales so you really cannot choose another provider. :(

And almost forgot to say that you have to pick the ticket at a store or pay more for having it send by mail. You cannot print tickets. It is Ridiculous!!!!!

Estafa total. Cobran por un servicio que cuando vas a retirar un día de semana 15 hs hay una cuadra de cola, dos personas de los 4 puestos de atención y una demora de mas de hora y media!!!! Me fui sin las entradas y hare descargo para devolución de dinero de entradas. Para que centrar la venta de tantos espectáculos si no pueden dar un servicio acorde?
