Amanda was perfectly professional and courteous. I can't thank her enough.

We were in the Emmett branch office on May 23, 2022 and want to recognize Ms.Poindexter for excellent customer service. She printed several forms for us, notarized several signatures and helped examine a few forms to make sure we had the correct ones. And all this was late in the day. We certainly hope she is recognized for her courteous and efficient service.

Rude and pushy tellers that solicit folks to open personal accounts when they are there on behalf of their employer. If I send an employee to make a deposit they should not be pressured into opening an account, especially with a morally bankrupt company like Wells Fargo that knowingly committed 565,000 cases of identity fraud.

Mildred Poindexter makes this five star! Every time I get her, she is kind, professional, and great at what she does!

My favorite Wells Fargo branch! Always professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Although, I am not always a fan of Wells Fargo at a corporate level, the staff at this branch goes a long way to presenting the kind of image Wells Fargo should be presenting company-wide.

As a regular banker at this location I can say they are polite and competent. One star taken away for not having a follow up call regarding my debit card as promised during visit. There isn’t a home mortgage rep on site but was appropriately referred to one with out feeling pressured.

I've never had a problem here. Everyone is always friendly. Depending on the account you choose you won't have fees if you meet the requirements to not get charged
