Worsttt worst worstttt, they took my order and made me waited for 1.5 hour and then apologise in the end. Bakwasssss
I was ordered 3 biryani when i eat 1st spoon i found little coakroch same time i complain to order taker he said sorry sir i have a very bad experience so please next time if any one go there 1st check biryani then eat
Had an amazing experience, never tried such a unique and mouthwatering biryani. The spice level and the flavour of the green chillies was just outstanding 💯❤️
Apologies for mentally disturbing you. Your biryani is good. Next time do address customer service. Don't try to counter argument or use Islamic touch.
Contrary to expectations. Should learn some basics of presenting a meal. A rather poor service, and needs a mature attitude towards customers. I was amazed at the blaming behaviour of the staff. I think they should handle things professionally and at least maintain a minimum level of service delivery. Tissues and spoons are a part of service.
10Apr23, ordered for home delivery. Delivered hot and taste was spicy which isn't a bad thing. Although I suggest for owners to work on a more customer friendly attitude. Remember if initial impression is good than it makes food taste good as well.
Rice were not properly cooked and it was over spicy, while we requested to keep it medium rather low spicy..and I dont believe owner did not know about both points..
