They have a great scam going. You sign up for $10 a month for one location and then all of a sudden your card is charged $25 from multiple locations. Left probably 10 messages and multiple emails. Never got a call or email back. This is going to be a great story for KVIA.

Do NOT sign up with them! To cancel your membership is beyond non customer friendly! If I could give this company ZERO stars I would so faithfully. They are disgusting how they hide behind their their employees that work for them. For a faithful client that has never faltered on paying my membership and This is how I am treated. And you still have the audacity to offer me to have someone else take over my membership. Like I would want to put someone else in my shoes and have them even be connected with such a disgusting excuse of a business is insane.

Absolutely useless. Advertising they have a basketball court at Paragon. Did, until Covid. No intention of reopening it. Screw you for late fees, don't bother to notify you your late, after credit card was canceled due to theft. Out of my contract, told to go to location to cancel. Go to location, told to go online. Go online, and you have to send a certified letter and wait. Was told by location I could get billed 2 or 3 times after canceling. Told I have no choice but to send certified letter. It's 2022, the mail is a joke. If this isn't entrapment to keep billing people by not giving them a realistic way to cancel, I don't know what is. Reported to BBB, not that this slime ball owned company cares, they've been doing this nearly a decade and haven't stopped

Scam.. To cancel your membership you have to print out document and mail in to cooperate and hope they get to it within a month. Thats weird when I signed up all I had to do was show up to the gym and sign a paper.

By far the worse customer service i have ever received. New to El Paso with no family or friends, my husband and i sought out to find a gym home. After discussing our needs for childcare with an Ep representative ,we decided that Ep fitness was our gym of choice because child care was a must. After two weeks of attending Ep Fitness, i was stopped while dropping my child off. The representative stated," you have to pay for child care", and i responded it's included in my membership. She then replied " who signed you up", my response was, YOU!! She then proceeds to say, we never discussed child care. I was absolutely dumbfounded, this was my first issue! Secondly, after about two month we received calls from Ep Fitness, stating" they missed some of the paperwork when signing us up and needed us to stop by the desk to complete the missing paperwork or our membership would be canceled". So my husband who goes to the gym at 4am every morning, completed the missing paperwork. The employees seem to be completely incompetent, but it doesn't stop there. Today December 11, 2017 , i was reviewing my account and noticed 2 additional charges from Ep Fitness; so i called to inquire about the charges. The Women who answered the phone explained one charge was for the annual fee and the other was a return fee. I explained to the representative that i was never made aware of an annual fee, if i had been the money would have been available. We have Never had an issue with our payment, so would there be an issue now? I then explained that we never received a copy of the contract, her response was, " your more than welcome to come in and speak to the manager and hung up on me". I am at a complete loss of words for the piss poor customer service offered at this gym. Ep Fitness needs to hire more qualified people or provide better training!!!
Their business is not so much the gym itself but the profit they make out of stupid fees!!!

I just cancelled membership. They have very bad customer service, if you call for something they forget about you on the phone, they hung up on you, every employee will give you different information all the time, the staff doesn't know all the information about the plans they have and if they know they won't tell you all about it. You can start with a month to month membership and end up with a contract without them telling you. You still get charged for one last month after you cancel your membership. If you cancel and happen to have a balance, instead of just making you pay that balance... they will keep your account active so you can get charged for more months of service, without telling you (unless you ask) plus the balance on the account. They have autopay enrollment only and if you are making any "changes" they charge you $10 for every little thing you change included but not limited to changing the information on a membership card (I mean all they do is correct the information on the system, that's literally it) or paying with a different debit card.

Worse gym ever! I was charged a "yearly fee" 3 times. Then was charged the "monthly" fee twice. All was charged within 2 weeks. Not only was this $150 charged from my account in 2 weeks, but also over drafted my account causing me a $30 NSF fee from my bank. I cancelled my membership in person at the Rushing location and the manager (Freddy) said he would contact me in regards to refunding me the money. Its been a week and he has been ignoring all my emails and when I call he coincidentally just walked out to do something! Don't waste your money or your time on this pathetic excuse of a gym!
