Highly underrated place in Karachi. Superb service, excellent food with cooks attentive to your taste requirements. And the ambiance and view is rare to find in Karachi. Can't recommend enough.
Went there to celebrate wedding anniversary. Brilliant ambiance, excellent service and tasty food esp for mutton and beef lovers. They have friendly staff and Khalid did excellent job to bring fresh food on table. It is baby friendly as well
The Welcome of Ameen the Manager was very friendly and warm. He guided us to the tables. The atmosphere was good on that day, very good environment with open air singing.
The dishes were of different varieties, from local Pakistani dishes to some Afghan variations.
Plenty of variety of Salad, sauces, deserts and main course. They best attraction is open Air BBQ.
I would recommend visiting at least once.

Went to Sky BBQ for a very special occasion of mine though I had been there before and was not happy with food quality but then again I thought to give it a try.
Being a a regular member of Avari Towers I know the other dinning areas standard but I feel SKY BBQ is a stepchild of them as its totally ignored by the management. Though it's a buffet but hardly one finds anything tasty to eat there not even a single dish. Very limited dishes of main menu and even desert bar was below average. Highly disappointed . Will definitely not go again there cuz even can't compare it with street side food as they are way tasty then this Hi fi place. So! from me Two stars even they don't deserve 😞

We had dinner at SKYBBQ at avari. The hotel has changed their entrance from the walk so its a straight walk to the lift and to the roof. The ambaince as outodoor due to Karachi weather was very nice. There is good food options in salad, chaat, rice, curry and bbq and desert. Some items were really good like pulao, achacri chiken, bbq items etc and the other from desert. The staff is curteous and helpful.
We watched the fifa World Cup final on the rooftop. Lots of people there. The atmosphere was great. Thanks also to chef shahzad. He brought us a lot of the food and gave good recommendations. Anas saleem also brought me green tea when I was freezing. Thanks a lot!
Best buffet in karachi, good bbq and curries. Food tastes good and a good service is offered. They however need to provide drinks or at least water in the buffet deal. As buying soft drinks here is like paying private hospital fees....
