GLS NEVER delivers any packages. I have to ride across town to some random shop to pick up my stuff. This is ridiculous, I hope they go bankrupt

There was no single time I got a package successfully delivered by GLS! Most of the time they simply do not deliver the order but today they just stole the goods which were inside…

Unfortunately you can't give 0 start, 1 feels already way too much.
Over span of 12 years I was unlucky enough to "receive" many GLS parcels. I'm doing a lot of online shopping mostly using Amazon.
Every single delivery service is able to deliver packet based on the address from Amazon, but not GLS.
Just in two last weeks, one parcel was not delivered because no one was home, which of course is not truth, even if it was they suppose to leave a note.
Now I'm struggling with another delivery. Apparently the address was not fully correct. When I asked the seller what address he has put on parcel he confirmed my correct details.
When I've managed to finally get someone from GLS after 45 minutes on the phone, lady confirmed that address is exactly the same. What gives?
Today again, I'm trying to call them, trying to figure out where is my parcel.
Already said many times, there is always someone at home, still GLS will never deliver.
I've send E-mail, got someone from reception and "she was sorry for inconvenience".
Still no answer on second complain. I've left them a phone number should anyone who actually works there wanted to discuss those cases. Zero contact. By far the worse service there is, just look at the rating.
How funny is their motto "reliable partner". Reliable in what? I will never willingly use that service.

One of the worst delivery company - in Austria. Never ever ever even trying to ring the bell (eventhough thanks to home office, i am all day home, amazon and DHL arrives always) straight delivering to the pickup point. Would be nice AT LEAST ONCE- at least TO PRETEND - that you guys are doing your job for the service, what we pay for.

I would give this courier service less 1 star. They are useless. Every time I order with H&M it gets posted with GLS but never ends up at my door. They never bother to come and deliver it, I always need to go pick it up elsewhere. What is the point of delivery when they simply cant come and ring your doorbell. I live in the city and never had any issues with other postal or courier companies. It’s a pity H&M use this terrible company. 0/10 from me.

The address provided through their E-Mail to pick up the delivery myself was totally inaccurate and showed a place not reachable by car and I had to pick up x4 car tires.
Till I finally figured it out (after good 10mins) the entrance to that place, the place where you pick your stuff up is also a disaster, with delivery vans constantly coming and going and the office where you have to mention that you came to pick your delivery up is also somewhere hard to find with bad signings etc.
And to point this one out. I had to pick it up myself since they tried to deliver it two times already and I wasn't home, even though I explicitly mentioned that I am not at home at this hours and that they don't try to deliver in those hours!
All in all, it was simply unprofessional and a utter disaster, they don't even deserve the one star in the rating review.

The package was on its way to me this morning. Now after checking the status the package is on its way to the GLS hub. Why? I was home all day waiting for this.
I have no contact information given in the email which makes this twice as worse.
