The service is not really good but the food was ok.
The main ground floor is where you can order from computer terminals. Near ground entrance they have an ice-cream booth as well. The second floor as a cafe but disappointing that they don’t have local flavours of Turkish teas. The washrooms are also on second floor. Kids would love this place for snacks and familiar foods.
Even though it's fast food, the service is too slow. And it's the worst hamburger I've ever had in my life. It was garbage. A young, uneducated clerk. Too rude attitude. The staff at all the stores were so stupid I got tired of it. I will never come to Turkey again.
Service überfordert und nicht strukturiert. Völliges Chaos, obwohl nicht viel los war. Wir hatten nur ein Getränk über die Bestellsäule bestellt, dann über 10min gewartet. Bis wir anfingen an dem Service zu meckern. Bekamen den unser Getränk, jedoch war der Sirup scheinbar leer, war eigentlich nur Wasser. Für 22tl (76cent) hatten wir keine Lust uns nochmal mit den unmotivierten auseinander zu setzen.

My favourite menu is Classic Gourmet Chicken (Klasik Gurme Tavuk)
It is the same with Crispy Chicken
And my favourite sweet is: Suffle
It is a small chocolate cake that contains liquid and hot chocolate filling
They ask you if you want it with or without ice cream, and you order it with ice cream and enjoy the taste of hot chocolate with the taste of milk ice cream melted over it 🤤👌

Came here for the burgers but stayed for the view. Burgers are standards as other BK. Ordered the BK Steakhouse and though it could have been better presented. This place is spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and the cleaning crew is busy at work tidying the place up. The view from the upstairs dining area is really nice. You can see Taksim Square really good from up here and the tram too.
Not bad food if you want to enjoy some junky food in istiklal street

I visited this place many times
One time i had salad and it didn’t came with the sauce i came back to the employee she said that there is no lemon and oil which was something weird she gave me ranch sauce instead 😂
