Great
Pretty view, good nature spot. Good trails for walking, running, biking, & fishing. Most fish are small from the ramp. For bigger fish you have to venture inwards into the water.
Bass fishing here had a great time
Nice looking park with a lake, however the algae bloom is horrific. After driving down from McMinnville, we decided not even to take our kayak off the car.
I had a great time kayaking here at Cheadle Lake, the boat ramp is easy to use, no fee either. I will point out they only allow boats in this lake with electric motors. There is a decent amount of parking in the lot for trailers.
Great place to teach kids how to fish can give him some family canoeing and the great place to take pictures of some wildlife really enjoy myself down there as I am on a scooter and cuz I'm disabled and a good place to go
If you plan on fishing, dont come here, only thing you are going to catch is a salad.
Easy access boat ramp that most should find no problem with. Cheadle Lake powered boating will be either armstrong or electric only. I live close by and plan on making this my my frequent fishing hole. Enjoy, its a nice small lake, park and has paved walking trails for the most part.
