None know where is parcel, none pick the phone. Hard to say anything positive.
Thanks to the horrid service of this company that only exists to give employment to unemployable people with MY taxes, I ended up resigning from a gift that I was supposed to receive from my company. The package was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday as the company agreed to have a 24h delivery, but it was withheld another working day for no reason.
The package was marked as "on delivery" and 3 minutes later, magically, "I was not home", when I obviously was. The courier never left a note, so I don't have a way to retrieve the package. I don't have time to deal with them so it's up to the company handling the gifts to recover the package. I hope this company stops receiving public money and goes bankrupt soon.

I would give 0 stars if it was possible!😡 this is some kind of joke? You people work there at all? Where is my 2 packages? One of them in transit for 66 days????? You should be ashamed! Who is operating this!? Fire whoever is in charge and get with the system! A lot of unhappy customers! Sort this out send my packages and give and update! I wrote email and no response except that they received my message! This is a joke! Very unhappy 🤬
CP267265637PL This Parcel to Australia apparently was sent from WER PRuszcz Gdanski on 2021-11-17. It's already two months in transit! Please sort this out.
RR315046165TR My parcel with this number is still not given to me after 8 days it is here. The destination is Gdansk and I am waiting for it. It was sent from Turkey 50 days ago. Please do it ASAP!
overseas parcel was opened for checking , wasn't sealed properly after that (everyone could see what's inside- barely 1 small piece of tape), 3 items are missing (no letter/call from customs that they kept/ dispose the items as not permitted) , so not sure what happened (maybe someone stole them)
I have been waiting for my package more than 2 months. Where is it ??? It says it’s in the office but it’s been way too long in my opinion. There’s 0 updates which is really weird, and I want my package ASAP. Do something about this because this is ridiculous! Also, there is 0 contact with them, that’s super weird!!!
