Took widow neighbor to get her taxes done here. They were very safe, practiced social distancing and wore massage. Seniors need to make appt for free tax preparation help.

Your better off finding your own help they seem to not care lack of communication was no need for them to even call me and pretend they were trying to help i swear seems like they're all connected just cops and detectives working all together to get more information than help. Anyone that really cared would've been reached out to me not wait 3 weeks to a month then when finally contacting me no help at all do yourself a favor just find your own therapy. Update...omg so i took it upon myself to give one last try super rude guy answer phone not helpful at all smh this place def gets 0 stars from me way friendly places ! Never again called to remove my name.

I have my case manager at the Borroughs, a staff of CIRI. I am there most of the time, to get meetings with her. The staff at the desk are friendly and helpful. A lots of community activities and meetings takes place at the center.
